FAQ

Once Redeemer is fully transitioned to the PushPay platform, your historical giving will be available on your Pushpay account.
When you give for the first time through PushPay, you’ll be asked to enter in your mobile phone number and will receive a 6 digit security code. You will then be prompted to enter in your name (first & last) along with an email address. That’s it!

You’ll use your mobile phone number each time you give or access your account dashboard; no additional username or password is required. For more information about how to create or manage your Pushpay account, visit help.Pushpay.com.

If you prefer to use an email address and password to access your account and give, you may do so. Simply select “Sign in with email and password” on the Sign In screen.
You may access your Pushpay account here. You will be able to sign-in to your account using your mobile phone number where a 6 digit security code will be sent.

Through your account dashboard, you’ll be able to view transaction history, update payment methods, set-up a recurring gift and access year-end giving statements.
To set up a recurring gift in Pushpay, go to redeemertampa.com/give and click under Give Online.

This will open our Pushpay giving page. Select “Set-Up Recurring Gift” under the gift type and then select your desired frequency from the options available.
